Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally covering Cwmbran, Pontypool & Newport. We do not offer a collection service.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Our delivery days are Monday's, Tuesdays and Friday's. You can select your delivery slot & time upon order. We always recommend booking in advance to secure your required slot.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
As fresh flowers are perishable we do no accept returns. If there is a problem with your flowers we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon investigation we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
